I’m amazed at just how much pleasure is offered to me on a daily basis.
A cool breeze on my body
The sound of my wind chimes
My long hair blowing in the wind across my shoulders and chest
Hot water on my body in the shower
The fragrance of my soap
Fingers massaging my scalp
A sensual song
My lover’s voice
Another’s touch on my skin or hair
The brush of lips across my own
Reading
Delicious food
Scott’s amazing coffee
The way my muscles feel when I workout
I think I could go on and on…
Being aware of the pleasure available to me, and happening to me throughout the day allows me to stay connected, tapped in, and turned on.
I love that life alone can turn us on.
